A Nottingham man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting three women at a hotel jacuzzi. The incidents occurred while the victims were using the spa facilities.
During the trial, it was revealed that Khan approached the victims while they were enjoying the spa. He touched them inappropriately, and two of the assaults happened on the same night.
After the attacks, the women reported him to the police. They described him wearing yellow swimming shorts, which were later found at his home. Khan denied the charges but was found guilty after the jury deliberated for nearly nine hours.
The judge has granted him bail until his sentencing next month. However, he warned that this does not mean Khan will avoid prison time. The judge will consider victim statements before making a final decision.
The prosecutor explained that the assaults occurred in late April and early May 2023. One victim was a teenage girl who thought Khan’s initial touch was accidental. But when it happened again, she realized it was intentional.
Another victim reported feeling Khan’s hand touch her inappropriately while she was getting into the pool. The third victim experienced similar unwanted contact while in the jacuzzi with him.
Khan’s actions were clearly not accidental, as he repeatedly touched the women in a sexual manner. He will face sentencing next month, and the community is awaiting justice for the victims.
