A gunman remains on the run following a shooting in Hackney that injured three men

Hackney: A shooting incident left three people injured, and the suspect is still on the loose. It all went down on Saturday night when police got reports of gunfire in Homerton.
When officers arrived, they found a 27-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg right outside Homerton station. Two other guys, aged 28 and 29, were also hurt nearby on Gascoyne Road. One had a leg injury, while the other had stab wounds.
Thankfully, their injuries aren’t life-threatening, but it’s concerning that no one has been arrested yet. The police think these incidents might be connected, and they’re working hard to figure out what happened.
Superintendent Brigid Beehag-Fisher mentioned that they’re stepping up police presence in the area. If anyone knows anything about the shooting, they’re encouraged to talk to the officers or call the police.
It’s a scary situation, and the community is hoping for a quick resolution. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that they catch the guy soon.
