Amandaland is the exciting new spin-off from Motherland. It follows Amanda as she navigates life after divorce with her teenage kids in South Harlesden.

London: The new show is a spin-off from the popular series Motherland. Creator Holly Walsh decided not to continue the original series, but instead focus on Amanda’s story.
Amandaland follows Amanda after her divorce. She’s adjusting to life with her teenage kids, who just switched schools. They’ve moved to South Harlesden, which is a big change.
Amanda’s mum is always around, but she doesn’t realize how lonely she is. Meanwhile, Anne, Amanda’s friend, gets pulled back into helping her with the social scene.
Some familiar faces will return, like Lucy Punch and Joanna Lumley. New cast members include Siobhan McSweeney, Samuel Anderson, and Rochenda Sandall.
Siobhan is known for her role in Derry Girls, while Samuel has appeared in various shows like Death in Paradise. Rochenda has been in popular series like Line of Duty and Criminal: UK.
Amandaland premieres on BBC One on February 5 at 9 PM. You can also catch it on BBC iPlayer, where you can find Motherland too.
